Returns FAQ

    • Return Timeframe: All return initiations must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. All returns must receive initial approval through our returns center, or they will be refused. 
    • Damaged & Defective Pieces: Pieces that are received with damage or defects will be refunded or exchanged with no additional charge to you, no need to return to us.  Simply head to our RETURNS CENTER, tell us what went wrong, and send pictures/videos of the problem.
    • Sale & Custom items are not returnable.
    • Cancellations: Unfortunately, we do not support order cancellations after a purchase is made at this time.  If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.
    • Other Reasons: If you are returning an item for another reason, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us through our return portal and we will be happy to assist you.

Are there any charges for return?

  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Unfortunately, no international returns outside the US are accepted at this time, but you can ask for a refund if your item is damaged.

  • US RETURNS: Returns of pieces in new, undamaged condition for other reasons will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees that must include a valid tracking number.  Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If your return is received with visible wear, we will refuse the return. 

What items are returnable?

You must initiate your return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. 

  • Items must be in original condition
  • In the original packaging

How soon will I get my refund?

  • For items in perfect condition: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • For all other reasons (damaged item, etc.): We will review your return request and provided photos before approving the request.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
